After completing our first run, we moved on to the second part of our task for the day: creating the perfect, post-workout power smoothie in order to regain the strength we just executed.
Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
ingredients:
- ½ c fat-free milk
- ½ c fat-free plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp creamy natural unsalted peanut butter (MUFA)
- ¼ very ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 ice cubes
